Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our gym location. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, driving member satisfaction, and achieving business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the gym’s daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility upkeep.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of fitness professionals to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure excellent member experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.
• Maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Prepare and report branch performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in management or the fitness industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Result‑driven with a focus on customer service.
