About the role
This position is a Bank Executive Trainee role focused on Transaction Banking. The trainee will support the onboarding of Maybank2e clients, assist with daily transaction reconciliation, and help the sales team with documentation and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare onboarding documents for Maybank2e clients, such as letters of offer and pricing proposals.
- Perform daily M2e transaction reconciliation.
- Follow up with branches to obtain required Maybank2e documentation.
- Prepare call reports, maintain the sales pipeline, and support sales manager activities.
- Assist in enhancing the M2e user guide, sales deck, and other ad‑hoc tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree or senior university student.
- Good command of English.
- Basic computing knowledge and skills.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Strong passion for banking and high commitment.
- No prior experience required.
