B2B Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to lead our corporate and institutional sales in Cambodia. Based in Chamkar Mon, you will develop and execute strategies that grow wholesale and bulk‑purchase business for our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new corporate partners and institutional accounts.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing business customers, handling negotiations, contracts and pricing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, coordinate promotions and ensure accurate order fulfillment with merchandising, logistics and finance teams.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market and competitor trends, and produce regular sales reports.
• Support business development initiatives, events and campaigns that drive B2B revenue.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in retail or wholesale environments.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and pricing‑strategy skills.
• Ability to forecast sales, analyse data and present insights for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and the local language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
