Auto & EV Product Manager / Product Performance & Data Analysis Manager

About the role

ChokChey Finance is expanding its Product Department and seeks two senior professionals to lead its Auto & EV financing portfolio and to drive product performance analytics across the organization. Both roles will shape product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development and management of Auto Loan and EV Finance products, including design of pricing, lending criteria, and operational processes.
• Prepare business cases, product manuals, policies and customer‑facing documentation.
• Coordinate product launches, system configuration, user acceptance testing and branch readiness.
• Monitor product performance, market trends and competitor offerings; recommend strategic enhancements.
• Lead product performance reporting and portfolio analytics, building dashboards and management reports.
• Conduct profitability, segmentation, pricing and portfolio quality analysis to generate data‑driven insights for executives.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and business‑intelligence tools while ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services; at least 3 years in vehicle finance, leasing or product management for the Auto & EV role.
• Hands‑on experience with vehicle financing products, product structuring, LTV and tenor design, and collateral management.
• Proven experience in data analytics, portfolio reporting and business‑intelligence tool implementation for the analytics role.
• Fluent in Khmer and professional‑level English.
