Audit Partner

About the role

AGB Consulting is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site role involves planning, executing, and reviewing financial statement audits while ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISA and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements across various industries.
• Sign audit reports in accordance with Cambodian regulations.
• Maintain audit quality, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor, develop and supervise audit team members.
• Build and sustain client relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to business development, strategic planning and firm leadership.

Required profile

• CPA, ACCA, Cambodian CPA or equivalent international qualification.
• 5–7 years of audit experience, including senior‑manager or partner‑track roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA and local accounting regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client‑management abilities.
• Proficient command of English.
• High integrity and professional ethics, eligible to sign audit reports.
