About the role

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact person for top vendors, identifying and troubleshooting problem areas while building strong loyalty with restaurant owners.
• Renegotiate commission and exclusivity agreements with vendors to support revenue streams.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure monthly deals and promotions.
• Contact restaurants with high fail rates to understand reasons and assist vendors in reducing those rates.
• Collaborate with different departments to improve vendor performance and solve problems.
• Coordinate and participate in offline events.
• Provide operational and administrative support for the business.
• Assist the City Manager with delegated ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken (Chinese is a plus).
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for business partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration.
• Ability to drive sales of advertisement products by identifying vendor needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Proven capability to strategically improve and expand a vendor portfolio.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a track record of resolving complex issues.
