Assistant Manager Sales Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Sales Merchandiser to lead product planning, pricing, forecasting and commercial activities for the Cambodia market. The role translates HQ direction and supplier information into actionable local commercial plans while feeding market insights back to headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage local product (SKU) planning and pricing proposals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, purchase requirements and monitor inventory and aging.
• Oversee B2B and consignment commercial management and coordinate promotions.
• Lead new product launches and track monthly commercial performance.
• Report to HQ, handle escalations and coordinate with suppliers within approved scope.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, commercial or related roles.
• Business‑level English; basic Korean is a plus.
• Background in cosmetics, FMCG, retail or distribution.
