Assistant Manager, Product and Channel Marketing

About the role

Prudential is seeking an Assistant Manager for Product and Channel Marketing to drive product sales, enhance product knowledge, and optimize offerings across bancassurance and agency channels. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver channel marketing campaigns and product launches aligned with Sales & Distribution objectives.
• Develop and launch targeted customer campaigns with partner banks, implement lead generation across offline and digital channels, and create customer engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify new business opportunities, manage merchandise planning, seasonal promotions, and execute successful product launches.
• Manage agency branding initiatives to strengthen employer value proposition and support agent recruitment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience at a Marketing Campaign Manager level, preferably in insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related field.
• Proven ability to partner across internal departments, distribution channels and external partners without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑alignment skills, with a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for campaign planning and reporting.
• Experience using generative AI tools for content creation and analysis.
