Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies for Nature One Dairy products in Cambodia. Working on‑site in Phnom Penh, you will collaborate with sales, marketing and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing brand and marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions and in‑store activities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, track brand performance and prepare regular reports for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate basic digital marketing and social media activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Support packaging design, product communication and event coordination.
• Monitor consumer feedback, aid trade‑marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG, nutrition or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
