About the role
The Air Products Agent supports both air export and import operations, ensuring smooth shipment processing, documentation, and customer communication within Expeditors' global logistics network.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate cargo delivery status, print labels, issue HAWB, and manage freight receipts for air export.
- Monitor shipments, follow up loading with airlines, and provide documentation to shippers.
- Receive and log import documents, trace shipments, issue arrival notices, and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain data entry accuracy in operational systems and monitor exception reports.
Required profile
- Demonstrated knowledge of global logistics industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
