About the role
The Admin Officer ensures the office environment runs smoothly by overseeing daily administrative tasks and maintaining facilities. This role combines office management, inventory control, and supervision of housekeeping services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative activities.
- Oversee building condition, maintenance and facilities.
- Monitor and control office supplies, inventory and assets.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Supervise housekeeping services to maintain standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and vendor services.
- Maintain administrative records and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, office management or similar role.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong Excel skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
