Admin, Accounting & Tax Officer / Purchaser (Intern/Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Intern/Junior to support our finance and procurement team. The role combines basic accounting, tax assistance and purchasing tasks, providing a solid foundation for a career in finance.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general journal entries.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual tax declarations such as VAT, withholding, salary and profit tax.
• Maintain and organise accounting documents, invoices and tax supporting files.
• Help reconcile bank statements and tax accounts.
• Support senior staff during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities when required.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Cambodian tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication in Khmer and English.
• Detail‑oriented, honest and able to meet deadlines.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
