Accounting Officer (Full‑time, Phnom Penh)

About the role

The Accounting Officer will join Borribo Cleaning Services in Phnom Penh to ensure accurate financial record‑keeping and support the company’s day‑to‑day accounting operations. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with management and other departments to provide reliable financial information for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions and maintain up‑to‑date ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts on a regular basis.
• Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Monitor expenses and revenues, assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
• Process invoices, manage payments, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other teams to supply clear financial data for operational decisions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, high accuracy in data entry, and strong organisational abilities.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and cooperate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role is an advantage.
