Accounting Officer – Auditing Experience Preferred

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Officer to join our finance team and ensure the accuracy of sales‑related financial data. The role focuses on reconciling sales orders, invoices, and payments while supporting month‑end closing and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile sales orders with invoices, delivery notes, and payment records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in sales transactions.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and completed orders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to resolve order issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Verify customer payments and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist in month‑end closing and audit preparation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales operations and financial reconciliation processes is a plus.
