Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead our finance function across a growing network of restaurants in Cambodia. The role will oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support strategic decision‑making through accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting and tax compliance.
• Coordinate month‑end closing, prepare and analyse financial statements, and ensure timely filing of tax returns (VAT, WHT, CIT, TOS, etc.).
• Support quarterly and year‑end audits and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
• Supervise accounting staff, set performance goals, provide training and maintain strong employee relationships.
• Liaise with consultants, auditors, tax authorities and internal teams to resolve accounting matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in accounting at a supervisory level.
• Strong analytical, synthetic and organizational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a multicultural environment.
