About the role
We are looking for two motivated Accounting Assistants to support our shipping and logistics operations. The role combines basic accounting tasks with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, invoices and bills of lading.
- Coordinate daily with transporters, freight forwarders and warehouse staff.
- Support inventory control, stock movement reporting and customs filing.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ethical, committed, honest and able to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented with a high level of responsibility and accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
