3D & Graphic Designer

About the role

STHANI Communications is seeking a creative 3D & Graphic Designer to transform concepts into visual solutions for both physical spaces and digital channels. You will work on booths, event installations, brand activations, and campaign graphics, ensuring designs are both striking and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, mood boards, and visual references from creative briefs.
• Create 3D layouts and renders for booths, displays, event spaces, and activations.
• Plan visitor flow, product placement, and interaction zones within a space.
• Explore structures, materials, lighting, and finishes that align with brand identity and budget.
• Design key visuals, social media assets, signage, and presentation graphics.
• Prepare dimensioned layouts, artwork, and design specifications for production coordination.
• Collaborate with creative teammates and fabricators to refine designs for practical execution.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both 3D and graphic design work.
• Experience in an agency environment is a plus.
• Relevant design education or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in a 3D modelling tool such as SketchUp, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Experience with rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of composition, typography, scale, lighting, and materials.
• Ability to translate brand identity into spatial and graphic design.
