Workplace Intern

About the role

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a workplace intern in Phnom Penh. The intern supports the workplace by planning and running internal events, managing reception and office logistics, and helping maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal company events and activities that build team cohesion and strengthen organizational culture.
• Manage reception operations, including visitor reception and correspondence.
• Maintain office inventory and pantry supplies, coordinating with building management to keep resources available.
• Oversee workplace maintenance and organization by liaising with facilities and support teams.
• Support workplace wellness and safety initiatives by coordinating programs and promoting a secure, healthy workplace.
• Coordinate cross-departmental matters such as scheduling, resource allocation and facility requests.
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or undergraduate in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to comply with established standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working well in a team.
• Ability to manage several tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools.
