About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor will support senior management in shaping business plans and overseeing daily warehouse operations. This role ensures consistent application of policies, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee field and warehouse operations, providing support and improvement actions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and service delivery for each department.
- Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and Warehouse teams on strategic initiatives.
- Monitor daily departmental activities to ensure smooth progress and inventory control.
- Supervise managers and direct reports, offering constructive feedback and coaching.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business or operations management.
- Strong collaborative leadership style with ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese.
