Trade-in Officer

About the role

The Trade-in Officer coordinates vehicle trade‑in activities, working closely with sales consultants and customers to ensure smooth inspections, accurate pricing, and timely paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers for vehicle inspections in collaboration with sales consultants.
• Contact customers from provided lists, source new trade‑in leads, and arrange appointments.
• Conduct vehicle inspections following internal procedures and report results for price offers.
• Negotiate purchase price, terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
• Enter customer data, maintain daily inquiry reports, and issue purchase contracts.
• Process payment requests to the accounting department.
• Collaborate with new‑car and used‑car sales teams on trade‑in transactions and related tasks.
• Issue service receipts, update reconditioning costs, and keep records of offers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and stand by for weekend events or roadshows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or recent graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in spoken and written English.
• Team‑player, initiative‑driven, friendly, and service‑oriented.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
