About the role
The Technical Lead will manage the development of IT projects, overseeing database design, application release, and deployment while ensuring high code quality through reviews and automated testing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage development of IT projects, including database design and analysis.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to devise solutions for complex problems.
- Ensure source code quality via code reviews, unit testing, and automation testing.
- Oversee application release, deployment, and basic DevOps tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project development; project lead experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the financial sector business.
Required skills
- Java Spring Boot
- REST API design and development
- SQL and database analysis/design
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud platforms
- SOLID principles, clean code, and code refactoring
- Agile Scrum basics
- DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins
