Team Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Team Coordinator to support local operations and participant management for a project focused on data collection and usability testing of medical consumer devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, and weight scales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local participants involved in the project.
• Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants.
• Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation.
• Support device logistics and procurement when required.
• Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities.
• Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed.
