About the role
Mine databases to identify potential candidates and screen resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. You will also develop and execute online candidate search campaigns using various internet search engines.
Key responsibilities
- Identify channels to source diverse candidates and build pipelines across different business levels.
- Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to build candidate slates.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practices.
- Monitor and submit qualified candidates for all assigned open roles within agreed timelines.
Required profile
- Fluent in Khmer and English.
- At least 1 year of relevant hiring or recruitment experience (fresh graduates welcomed).
- Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure and demonstrate a proactive approach to sourcing.
