Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for Chip Mong Group in Mean Chey. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures hiring needs are met efficiently while delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Gather hiring requirements from managers and craft clear, accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct structured interviews, and support fair selection decisions.
• Maintain recruitment records, track hiring metrics, and prepare regular reports for HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on employer branding initiatives and onboarding coordination.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition processes and ensure compliance with non‑discriminatory hiring practices.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate clearly.
• Hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
