Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Join Krones' regional subsidiary in Phnom Penh to coordinate export and logistics operations, ensuring smooth shipment clearance and compliance with international trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, carriers, customs authorities and government agencies for export operations.
• Handle end‑to‑end export shipment arrangements, including booking, customs processes and export procedures.
• Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, certificates of origin and other required documents.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding Dangerous Goods and non‑dangerous shipments and prepare related documentation.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, picking, packing and shipment processing.
• Manage daily export documentation collection and support operational requirements.
• Track customer orders and stock transfers across storage locations to ensure product availability.
• Provide regular updates to management on performance, shipment status and logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, customs requirements and carrier procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with import and export documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms).
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and SAP.
• Negotiation skills and ability to coordinate effectively.
• Fluent in Khmer (native) and English (advanced business level).
