Supervisor, Enterprise Sales (Chinese Speaking)

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business across the enterprise segment, focusing on Mandarin‑speaking corporate customers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve annual revenue and MRR targets.
• Develop long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers through consultative selling.
• Present enterprise solutions to C‑level stakeholders in Mandarin and English, including presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Partner with pre‑sales, technical, and finance teams on tailored solutions and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations and contract management, including pricing, SLAs, and service terms within approved authority.
• Manage strategic accounts through business reviews, renewals, upgrades, cross‑sell and support issue resolution.
• Maintain CRM discipline, track market trends and competitor activity, and turn insights into sales strategies.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, IT, international trade or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B, telecom, ICT or technology industries.
• Good command of English and Mandarin communication.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement at senior executive and owner level.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
