Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

The Social Media & Content Executive will plan, create and manage engaging social media content and campaigns that strengthen NagaWorld’s brand presence, increase audience engagement and support marketing and business objectives across the integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly social media content plans aligned with the marketing calendar and publish content on all major platforms.
• Identify storytelling opportunities, create scripts, storyboards and shot lists, and coordinate with photographers, videographers and designers to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Monitor social media trends, manage online community interactions, and escalate guest enquiries to relevant departments.
• Track content performance using analytics, prepare regular reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Plan, implement and monitor paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, copywriting and communication abilities.
• Excellent project coordination, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CapCut for video editing.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• English language proficiency.
