Showroom Manager

About the role

The Showroom Manager will lead an integrated online and offline sales operation, setting annual and monthly targets and driving the team to achieve them. This role ensures a premium customer experience while aligning showroom activities with broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales targets, build social media traffic acquisition matrices, and convert leads into sales.
• Control service standards, manage major customer complaints, and protect brand reputation.
• Lead talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and team culture development.
• Coordinate cross‑department collaboration from lead acquisition to vehicle handover and after‑sale service.
• Monitor operating expenses, maintain showroom branding, and analyse metrics such as traffic, conversion and revenue.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing automotive showrooms or 4S dealerships with full‑sale team leadership.
• Strong understanding of auto retail operations, goal management and an automotive‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to build digital customer acquisition systems and omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Excellent coordination, problem‑solving and negotiation skills, with high stress resilience.

Required skills

• Experience with integrated online/offline sales management.
• Familiarity with local social media ecosystems and conversion logic.
