Senior Retail Loan Support Officer

About the role

The Senior Retail Loan Support Officer will work from the Head Office in Phnom Penh, driving the performance of retail loan products and supporting branches and partners across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Generate initial-stage performance for retail loan products at the Head Office.
• Promote retail loan offerings such as Smart/Payroll, Dream Car, Mortgage and other products.
• Assist branches and business partners in creating loan opportunities.
• Provide basic product information and maintain regular communication with assigned partners.
• Follow up on loan referrals from car dealers, housing developers, private companies and other partners.
• Support branch staff in retail lending promotion and collect daily/monthly sales data.
• Handle customer complaints related to retail lending and maintain detailed records of partners, referrals, sales activities and loan leads.
• Support promotional events, business presentations and retail lending campaigns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably in retail lending, sales, relationship management or business development.
• Strong knowledge of retail loan products, sales processes and client handling.
• Experience working with business partners or corporate customers is preferred.
• Ability to analyse sales performance and prepare reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High personal integrity, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently across the branch network.
