Senior Recruitment Officer – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruitment Officer to lead talent acquisition across our head office and branch network. The role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growth in the finance sector. You will partner with hiring managers and drive recruitment campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for both headquarters and branch positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure quality hires.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
• Lead recruitment campaigns and mass hiring initiatives for branch openings.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in banking, micro‑finance or mass recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
