Senior Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Officer leads end‑to‑end hiring processes, from receiving recruitment requests to onboarding new staff. The role ensures effective talent sourcing, accurate job posting, candidate selection, and timely reporting while supporting employer branding across social media.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify recruitment request documents and obtain Chairman approval.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and share profiles with hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, participate in interview panels, and evaluate candidates.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, manage onboarding paperwork, and conduct new‑employee orientation.
• Design and publish job ads on the company website and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram) ensuring consistent employer branding.
• Maintain recruitment platforms, monitor candidate pipelines, and generate regular recruitment reports with insights for process improvement.

Required profile

• Several years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Cambodian labor law, and ethical recruitment standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience managing job postings on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Telegram.
• Ability to work with recruitment data and metrics.
