Senior Purchasing Officer

About the role

The Senior Purchasing Officer will lead end‑to‑end procurement for sanitary ware products at our Phnom Penh store. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that stock levels are optimal, supplier relationships are strong, and purchasing processes align with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and issue purchase orders.
• Manage purchase requisitions from store operations, ensuring timely procurement and optimal inventory.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with service level agreements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to streamline the procurement workflow.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.
• Proficiency in handling purchase orders and requisitions with high accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and cost analysis.
• Previous experience in retail, sanitary ware, construction materials, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field preferred.
