Senior Product Manager

About the role

Zuellig Pharma seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive brand growth and profitability in the Cambodian market. You will lead strategic brand planning, campaign execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve market share and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 1‑3 year strategic business plans aligned with global brand guidelines and local market realities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Orchestrate 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, BTL and HCP outreach, ensuring measurable ROI.
• Manage product lifecycle including forecasting, pipeline planning and new product launches.
• Act as strategic partner to Key Account Managers, co‑developing Joint Business Plans for top trade and pharmacy accounts.
• Own brand P&L, control advertising & promotion budget and optimize pricing elasticity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end brand management and marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct data‑driven business reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
