Senior Officer, Merchant TFT Operation

About the role

The Senior Officer, Merchant TFT Operation will lead the acquisition of QR payment merchants for the bank, driving sales initiatives and coordinating efforts across the head office and branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs, including promotion and sales campaigns at both head office and branch level to acquire QR payment merchants.
• Coordinate relevant departments to support the merchant acquisition process.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit Client Acquisitions Officers and with Training to improve onboarding and training packages.
• Identify target customers and acquire new merchants through referrals, sourcing and direct meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering convenient and friendly service.
• Approach businesses to establish partnerships that support the merchant acquisition strategy.
• Participate in the bank’s marketing campaigns to promote and sell products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, marketing, sales or a related field.
• Problem‑solving attitude with a talent for building positive relationships.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• General computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
