About the role
The Senior Officer, Branch Sales will drive retail banking product sales, focusing on deposits, KHQR, payroll, current accounts, credit cards and loans while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of retail banking services, including deposits, KHQR, payroll, current accounts, credit cards and loans.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and address complaints promptly.
- Regularly reach out to potential customers and achieve set sales targets.
- Stay updated on sales trends and market opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Banking and Finance, Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in retail banking sales.
- Good knowledge of banking regulations and laws in Cambodia.
Required skills
- Knowledge of retail banking products.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
