Senior MEP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MEP Engineer to support design, BOQ preparation, bidding and site supervision, ensuring mechanical, electrical and plumbing works meet project requirements, quality standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP designs, drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Develop BOQ, quantity take‑offs and material requirements for bidding and construction.
• Support tender activities by reviewing MEP requirements and supplier quotations.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural and interior teams.
• Supervise installation, monitor progress, quality and compliance on site.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, resolve technical issues and design clashes.
• Review material submissions, technical documents and track work progress.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of MEP engineering experience in construction, residential or commercial projects.
• Hands‑on experience in MEP design, BOQ preparation, quantity take‑off and bidding support.
• Experience supervising MEP installation and coordinating subcontractors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with MEP design software.
