Senior Marketing & Events Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, creative and highly responsible Senior Marketing & Events Executive to own Kampuchea Yokocho’s marketing strategy and execution. The role is hands‑on, requiring independent development of practical marketing plans and end‑to‑end campaign delivery for our new open‑air F&B destination in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, preparing monthly plans, content calendars and budgets.
• Manage digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and create engaging photos, videos, reels, captions and promotional content.
• Design posters, banners and other digital or printed marketing materials.
• Plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, customer activities and regular events with tenants and the Operations Team.
• Coordinate with tenants, influencers, content creators, media partners and suppliers to promote brands, menus and offers.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement and customer feedback, preparing reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• At least two years of relevant experience in marketing, digital content, social media or event management.
• Proven ability to develop marketing plans and execute campaigns independently.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, lifestyle or entertainment is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken Khmer and English; Japanese is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong photography, videography and content‑writing abilities.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
