Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Support

About the role

The Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Support will define and drive sales strategies, oversee implementation of tactics for new and existing products, and ensure high standards of sales support across branches.

Key responsibilities

• Define sales strategy, target segments, product positioning, and branch priorities in line with bank-wide objectives.
• Review and recommend strategic priorities, resource focus, targets, and corrective direction to Management.
• Oversee implementation of sales strategies and tactics for new and existing products.
• Improve sales-support standards and direct improvement where execution or product penetration is below expectation.
• Establish progress reports for initiative evaluation and ensure visibility of results and improvement actions.
• Conduct technical sales training and provide management guidance for OMs/DOMs and BMs.
• Support CEO branch visits and coordinate with Analytics, Compliance Support, Branch Performance Management, Channel Strategy, and other related teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking or financial‑services experience, including at least two years in sales leadership, branch performance, or commercial strategy.
• Strong understanding of retail and SME products, deposits, digital banking, sales planning, performance management, market intelligence, stakeholder management and executive communication.
