Senior Manager, Reporting System & Data Analytic

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the reporting system and data analytics function, ensuring reliable database services and timely delivery of regulatory and business reports. The role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and close collaboration with testing and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop action plans to meet business reporting needs and delegate tasks to the team.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of relational databases and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical support for database design, backup procedures, and 24/7 database availability.
• Generate daily, monthly, and regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate data preparation and uploads to CBC and NBC on required schedules.
• Monitor database growth and ensure performance targets are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business IT, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with Core Banking T24.
• Experience in data warehouse processing, data exploration, cleaning, and formatting.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage reporting projects.
