Senior Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Officer

About the role

The Senior Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Officer will drive the growth of KB PRASAC BANK's corporate payment ecosystem by identifying and managing new business partners, cross‑selling banking products, and ensuring high‑quality partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business partners to increase fee‑based income and expand the corporate payment ecosystem.
• Prepare and organize partnership documentation, proposals, financial projections, and risk assessments for management approval.
• Independently manage a portfolio of mid‑to‑large partnership accounts, conducting market research, due diligence, and performance reviews.
• Support cross‑selling of KB PRASAC BANK products and services, and handle escalated partner issues.
• Assist the Unit Manager in developing retention strategies and marketing plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in banking, corporate/institutional relationship management or business development.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening) and high professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, with willingness to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Computer literacy including internet usage and Khmer typing.
• Experience in proposal writing, financial analysis and partner negotiation.
