Senior Executive of International Affairs and Cooperation

About the role

The Senior Executive of International Affairs and Cooperation will assist in developing and implementing international cooperation strategies, explore and initiate CGCC’s cooperation with international stakeholders, and maintain and strengthen relationships with them.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing international cooperation strategies.
• Explore and initiate CGCC’s cooperation with international stakeholders.
• Maintain and strengthen CGCC’s relationships with international stakeholders.
• Coordinate with international partners to align goals and objectives.
• Facilitate CGCC staff’s attendance in international training, forums and meetings.
• Ensure all international activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on international cooperation activities to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of all international projects and partnerships.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Carry out any other duties and ad‑hoc assignments assigned by management as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Economics, Finance, Business, Management, Public Administration or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in international cooperation or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• High‑level coordination, communication, interpersonal, professionalism and diplomatic skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt, learn and perform under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Khmer and English.
