Senior Exclusive Merchant Sales Support Officer

About the role

The Senior Exclusive Merchant Sales Support Officer will drive acquisition and management of exclusive merchant partners for KB PRASAC Bank. This role focuses on achieving transaction, CASA, and fee‑based income targets while ensuring high merchant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage exclusive merchants to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants to support growth and retention.
• Promote KB PRASAC merchant solutions such as KHQR, QR Sound Box, POS and other payment services.
• Conduct regular merchant visits to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Support onboarding, activation and ongoing management of exclusive merchants.
• Monitor transaction performance, follow up on inactive or low‑performing merchants and coordinate with branches for efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and selling financial or payment products.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening).
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the branch network.

• Internet navigation and basic IT literacy.
• Khmer typing ability.
