Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

The Senior DevOps Engineer will ensure continuous availability and performance of our modern financial platform ecosystem. You will monitor infrastructure health, support environment administration, and drive incident resolution across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor servers, containers, databases, network connectivity and platform services; maintain dashboards and alerting systems.
• Administer development, testing, staging, DR and production environments, handling configuration, documentation and routine maintenance.
• Participate in incident management, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reviews, maintaining an operational knowledge base.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot deployment failures and assist development teams with release activities.
• Diagnose infrastructure, connectivity and application performance issues; escalate complex problems when needed.
• Provide operational support, assist business users, and contribute to disaster‑recovery testing and runbook maintenance.

Required profile

• 2+ years supporting production Linux‑based environments, preferably in 24/7, business‑critical settings.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a reliability‑focused mindset.
• Effective communication with developers and business users, and a proactive ownership attitude.

Required skills

• Linux administration, Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• PostgreSQL basics, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki), and alert management.
• Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, firewalls, SSL/TLS).
• Virtualization, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, cloud‑native technologies, Ansible, Bash and Python scripting.
