Senior Customer Services Executive – Air Cargo Sales & Operations

About the role

The Senior Customer Services Executive will coordinate daily air cargo sales operations, handling client inquiries, providing spot quotations, booking space with partner airlines, and tracking shipments from origin to destination. This position links the commercial sales team, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents to ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in growing the business and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, and internal operations staff.
• Track inquiries, price quotes, bookings, and new deals, ensuring accurate records.
• Create sales reports, monitor prospective deals, and share market updates.
• Source new clients and business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end airside cargo tracking and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in air cargo customer service, freight forwarding, or General Sales Agency operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage urgent inquiries, and coordinate across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
