Senior Card Support Officer

About the role

The Senior Card Support Officer will support the acquisition and servicing of card users to grow CASA and term‑deposit balances for KB PRASAC. Working from the head office in Phnom Penh, the role combines customer service, product promotion and operational support for card‑related transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organise processes that attract new card users and increase CASA and term‑deposit balances.
• Assist clients with documentation and forms required to use KB PRASAC banking services.
• Promote KB PRASAC’s card products (credit, debit, prepaid) and other banking services in line with company standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, suggestions and provide timely resolutions.
• Support public‑facing activities and travel to branch offices as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in card operations, electronic payments or retail banking.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Professionalism, high integrity and the ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Internet research and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to type in Khmer.
