Senior Accounting Officer – Sales & AR

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Officer to manage sales and accounts‑receivable processes for emart24 stores across Cambodia. The role ensures accurate daily sales reconciliation, cash handling and timely reporting to support franchise and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions from all emart24 stores to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify and control daily store sales deposits, ensuring timely collection.
• Prepare, review and maintain daily and monthly sales reports for franchise reporting.
• Reconcile sales reports with mall operators and submit semi‑monthly sales information.
• Perform monthly reconciliation between LSNAV sales records and Jet Reports.
• Investigate cash discrepancies, resolve overages or shortages promptly.
• Process and reconcile sales from third‑party aggregators and e‑wallet platforms against system records.
• Ensure all cash deposits, bank transfers and online payments are credited to company bank accounts and reconcile with bank statements.
• Maintain accounts receivable schedules and coordinate collections from franchisees, malls and partners.
• Support internal departments, external auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders with required documentation.
• Assist in quarterly and annual audit activities by preparing reconciliations and schedules.
• Help improve AR processes, internal controls and reconciliation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting or sales administration.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
