Senior Account Manager – Integrated Marketing Communications

About the role

The Senior Account Manager (IMC) will own revenue and business performance for assigned accounts, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal agency teams. The role requires developing integrated marketing strategies that align with client objectives and driving profitable project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue, profitability and business performance of assigned accounts and projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, serving as the main point of contact.
• Develop and contribute to integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies, including digital, social, activation, events, advertising and influencer engagement.
• Lead planning and execution of campaigns, coordinating Creative, Digital, Media, Production and Operations teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, within budget and meet profitability targets.
• Monitor timelines, costs, risks and communicate significant changes to clients and management.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, timelines, status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify growth opportunities, support new business development and contribute to revenue forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client service, account management or integrated marketing communications, preferably in an agency.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and IMC industry and Cambodian market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities in English and Khmer.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a “can‑do” mindset and strong sense of ownership.
