About the role
We are seeking a detail‑driven operations professional to manage end‑to‑end import shipments for both sea and air freight. The role involves reviewing documentation, ensuring customs clearance, controlling demurrage, and handling exceptions. You will join a global team and have opportunities to grow across sea and air product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end import shipments, including document review and customs clearance.
- Control demurrage costs and resolve shipment exceptions efficiently.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), HS codes and local clearance procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency with B/L documentation.
- Ability to work with AWB and classify HS codes.
- Experience in demurrage control and customs clearance processes.
