Sales Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to drive new business across the enterprise segment, focusing on Mandarin‑speaking corporate customers. The role involves building pipelines, managing strategic accounts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business across the enterprise segment, focusing on Mandarin‑speaking corporate customers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve annual revenue and MRR targets.
• Develop long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers through consultative selling.
• Present enterprise solutions to C‑level stakeholders in Mandarin and English, including presentations, demos and proposals.
• Partner with pre‑sales, technical and finance teams on tailored solutions and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations and contract management, including pricing, SLAs and service terms.
• Manage strategic accounts through business reviews, renewals, upgrades and cross‑sell, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain CRM discipline, track market trends and competitor activity, and turn insights into sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, IT, international trade or related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B, telecom, ICT or technology.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement at senior executive level.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Advanced use of MS Office Suite.
