Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Instax Camera)

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Supervisor will bridge commercial planning and market execution for Instax Camera products in Cambodia. Working closely with distributors, dealers, retailers and internal teams, the role turns sales forecasts and market insights into actionable commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales execution across assigned channels, monitor performance, and identify gaps to improve revenue.
• Consolidate demand plans, track forecast vs. actual sales, and communicate inventory risks.
• Develop and manage trade‑marketing activities, including promotions, POSM, and in‑store merchandising.
• Plan and coordinate marketing programmes, product launches and promotional events.
• Analyse sales, inventory and marketing data to produce performance reports and recommend actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications or related field.
• Hands‑on experience in both sales and marketing/commercial functions.
• Strong analytical ability to work with sales, forecast, inventory and market data.
• Proven coordination skills with distributors, dealers, retailers and cross‑functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
